A Contractors’ General Assembly was conducted on September 18, 2019 at the Cinco Niñas Filipino Restaurant, City of Koronadal. This was participated by the different contractors bidding in the provincial government. The activity aims to provide updates on the provincial government’s initiatives in creating a more open, transparent and participatory procurement system by incorporating open contracting measures. Among the discussed during the said activity was the recently approved Administrative Order no. 02 series of 2019 entitled ” An Order Providing the Internal Rules and Policies to Improve the Procurement Process of the Provincial Government of South Cotabato”.
