Enhancing Efficiency and Transparency of the Public Procurement Process

Completion of infrastructure projects is sometimes affected by problems in procurement, including not having enough suppliers/contractors bidding and the delays in service delivery by such contractors. Problems like these hinder the timely completion of projects. How can the government improve the procurement process and be able to accomplish a project within the allotted time?

 

The commitment will allow the procurement processes to be more effective and efficient. The procurement process will be more open through both online and offline measures. The provincial government will then be able to implement better quality infrastructure projects as scheduled.
